About Us

LCW Strategy was launched in 2022 by Lauren Coticchio Willis. After years of managing the “miscellaneous,” Lauren’s mission is to empower small businesses and individuals to conquer seemingly impossible projects or tasks.

Lauren comes with nearly 20 years of experience in project management, leading business and staffing strategies, leadership and management, overseeing business growth, coaching and mentoring, hiring and job coaching. She was often the go-to for the unmanageable projects - no task ever too big or small. She has worked at companies of all sizes (from a two person staff to local NJ companies to international foundations) in the areas of event management and production, project management, fundraising and development and employee engagement, including: City Harvest, Clinton Global Initiative, Gap Inc., Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation, Tribeca Events, among others.

Lauren’s goal is to make her clients’ day to day run more smoothly - whether it is refining business operations and implementing efficiencies and resources, project management and oversight, staffing strategy, job and business coaching - Lauren partners with small business owners or individuals who need assistance improving efficiencies or promoting growth.

For small businesses, Lauren works individually with each business owner to develop a plan and strategy based on their goals, then helps to implement the plan - ranging from business growth, refining and clarifying staffing & team structures, and/or strengthening day to day operations. Think of it as the as-you-need COO!

For individuals, Lauren collaborates on either developing or refining individual project management tools or coaching to help achieve their personal and professional goals. As a mentor, hiring manager and leader, Lauren has unique expertise to provide candid guidance, all delivered through the lens of a supportive intuitive professional.
